What is your policy if you have to cancel a class due to inclement weather?

If we have to cancel due to inclement weather, we will reschedule the class. If this does not work with your personal schedule, we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount you paid to use for another class. We do not offer refunds due to the cost of supplies we have bought for your class to be ready for you. We buy them in bulk and generally can not return just one set.

It says you are closed on Sunday, but my class is scheduled on a Sunday?

We are closed on Sunday. We use this day to teach multiple classes and have private events. If you are scheduled that day, then we will definitely be there for you at that time.

Can I suggest a craft to be put on the schedule?

Between Jaclynn and Traci, we can do just about anything. If it is something safe that we feel we can exceed at, we will be more than happy to schedule it for a class.

What if I can not make it to the class that I really wanted to take?

If you have 4 friends that can join you, we will be more than happy to do a private class for you at the same cost per person.
